Steel twin valve crusie lamp with halberd hook, the design indicates it might possibly be Swedish.  Crusie lamps were widely used in the Scottish islands where fish and seal oil filled the valve with a wick.  The condition of the steel  is original and good but there is a fair amount of rust to the steel.  The length is the total length without the hook the lamp is 22cm in height.
